What is inventory software and what is it used for?

Which types of inventory is INVENTIRE suitable for?
INVENTIRE manages all types of inventory centrally: depreciable fixed assets, low-value assets, IT assets, furniture, machines, fleet and equipment. Master data, images and documents can be stored for each item.
How does the inventory via QR code, barcode and RFID work?
The assets are labelled with QR code, barcode or RFID labels. They are then captured quickly via smartphone, tablet, barcode scanner or RFID reader – online and offline. Location, condition or inventory progress are updated immediately.
Can the inventory software be connected to financial accounting, ERP and DATEV?
Yes. INVENTIRE offers interfaces to asset accounting, ERP and IT management systems – including SAP, DATEV, Oracle, UNIT4, Diamant/R3, MS Dynamics and many more. Inventory and asset data are reconciled in a structured way and in both directions.
Is INVENTIRE available as a cloud or on-premises solution?
Both. INVENTIRE runs as a browser-based web solution (SaaS), on-premises in your own network or as a desktop application for Windows, macOS and Linux. This way the software adapts to your IT requirements.
